Ocular Hypotony Due to Leaking Bleb

81-year-old male who had trabeculectomy in his right eye 4 years ago, presented to the emergency room with complains of decreased vision in that eye for two months. Slit-lamp examination showed cystic bleb with leakage, intraocular pressure was 0 MMHg. Fundus examination showed hypotony maculopathy, peripheral choroidal detachments, multiple chorioretinal folds with subretinal fluid.

Spontaneous Resolution of Vitreomacular Traction

A 42-year-old highly myopic patient presented to the retina clinic with complains of metamorphopsia for the past months. SD-OCT revealed RE vitreomacular traction with stage 1 macular hole (pictures from the left). After 3 weeks of follow up spontaneous resolution of vitreomacular traction (pictures from the right) was seen with full resolution of the symptoms.

Spontaneous Resolution of Vitreomacular Traction

A 42-year-old highly myopic patient presented to the retina clinic with complains of metamorphopsia in his RE for the past months. SD-OCT revealed RE vitreomacular traction with stage 1 macular hole (A-B) and flat myopic retinoschisis (C). Visual acuity in the same eye was 6/30. After 3 weeks of follow up spontaneous resolution of vitreomacular traction was seen with full resolution of the symptoms. (D-E). Visual acuity remained without significant change.

Management of Submacular Hemorrhage

Intraoperative images were taken during the management of submacular hemorrhage in age-related macular degeneration. The goal of the surgery was the physical displacement of SMH out of the fovea using expansile gas. The image from the left was done during ILM peeling. Note the massive collection of subretinal blood. The image from the right was done after submacular injection of t-PA, bevacizumab and filtered air. Intravitreal injection of 20% SF6 completed the surgery. The visual acuity improved after the surgery from HM to 1/60.
