- Horizontal macular OCT B-scan of the right eye showing preservation of the foveal contour and ellipsoid zone centrally, with progressive perifoveal attenuation and loss of the ellipsoid and interdigitation zones extending toward the pericentral retina. Outer nuclear layer thinning is noted outside the fovea, consistent with pericentral photoreceptor degeneration.
