Description: 50-degree color fundus photograph of the posterior pole demonstrating an optic disc pit, visible as a grayish oval depression at the temporal aspect of the optic nerve head. Associated optic disc pit maculopathy is present, with subtle macular elevation and retinal changes consistent with serous macular involvement.
