Description: Macular OCT B-scan demonstrating optic disc pit maculopathy with abundant subretinal fluid involving the macular region. The scan shows neurosensory retinal detachment with marked hyporeflective subretinal space, associated retinal thickening, and intraretinal architectural changes consistent with schisis-like separation secondary to optic disc pit–associated maculopathy.
