    Description
    Ultra-widefield fundus image of a 60-year-old diabetic female depicting combined mechanism tractional and rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the setting of proliferative diabetic retinopathy with fibrovascular proliferation. The patient subsequently underwent vitreoretinal surgery.
