Fundus photograph of 47-year-old phakic female with right eye proliferative diabetic retinopathy associated tractional retinal detachment involving macula. Vitrectomy was planned with pre-op anti-VEGF before 4 days. Pseudocolor fundus image (A) shows extensive triangular vascular proliferation (FVP) around disc and macula (white arrows). Fundus image (B) shows significant FVP regression following anti-VEGF.

Ultra-widefield fundus photograph of left eye of a 29-year-old male who underwent scleral buckling surgery for retinal detachment.279 silicone tire and 240 band was used. Fundus shows reattached retina with adequate buckle indentation and subretinal fluid blebs along inferior arcade and nasal to disc.

Ultra-widefield fundus photograph of an 45-year-old phakic male with superior tractional-rhegmatogenous retinal detachment sparing fovea. Retinal break was observed at the base of fibrous proliferation. Scattered whitish outer retinal spots were noted in area of retinal detachment.
