Description: Widefield color fundus photograph (Clarus, Zeiss) of the right eye showing diffuse four-quadrant retinal hemorrhages (dot, blot, and flame-shaped) radiating from the optic disc, along with venous tortuosity and dilation and mild disc hyperemia. Findings are consistent with an acute central retinal vein occlusion.
