Description: Macular OCT B-scan demonstrating a choroidal osteoma involving the macular region. The scan shows an elevated, hyperreflective choroidal lesion with associated retinal pigment epithelium and outer retinal layer disruption. Mild intraretinal and subretinal fluid are present, suggesting associated exudative activity. Findings are consistent with choroidal osteoma.
