Topcon Fundus Camera - Description
- 50-degree color fundus photograph demonstrating a choroidal osteoma involving the macular region. The lesion appears as a well-demarcated, yellow-orange, slightly elevated choroidal mass with areas of variable pigmentation and overlying retinal pigment epithelial changes. A small associated retinal hemorrhage is present, without evident exudation. Findings are consistent with choroidal osteoma.
