    61 year old male with Idiopathic Uveal Effusion Syndrome with starry night appearance on fluorescein. 3 weeks s/p single external drainage retinotomy and 9 weeks of oral pred with recurrent choroidal effusions. Has since returned to surgery for secondary drainage retinotomy; subretinal fluid remain persistent.

    A 65-year-old male patient reports experiencing bilateral blind spots that have gradually intensified over time. Genetic testing was unrevealing. The fundus autofluorescence image shows a hypoautofluorescent ring in the posterior pole, especially nasal to the nerve and along arcades.

    92 year old female with bilateral patchy, sharply demarcated circular areas of chorioretinal atrophy with hyperpigmented margins in the mid to far periphery suggestive of gyrate atrophy. Also intermediate uveitis and CMD/CME. FTA-ABS, Quant gold, and HLA-A29 labs all negative.

    Ultra Wide field fundus photography of a 70 year old male who presented to clinic with a sudden increase of vision due to dropped crystalline lens secondary to severely dense cataract. Patient reported seeing a full black circle in his inferior visual field. Patient's visual acuity at time of visit was 20/100 with a +5.00 diopter lens. The physician recommended surgical intervention, and discussed surgery for PPV/PPL/IOL implantation with an ACIOL.

IOL noted inferior vitreous base and vitrectomy surgery for removal of IOL was recommended. Patient has history of retinitis pigmentosa as well.     Ultra-widefield fundus photograph of an 81 year old female with a Methotrexate bubble following an Intravitreal Injection for Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy. Patient has been presenting to the office for two week interval Methotrexate injections in her left eye. The image was taken prior to her eighth injection which revealed a residual Methotrexate bubble in her inferior retinal image. This patient was seeing "lots" of floaters, as well as having visual acuity of cc20/400 cc20/200 PH.

    Ultra-wide field fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) of the left eye from an asymptomatic, healthy 33-year-old woman who was referred to the retina clinic from a refractive surgery unit due to the presence of vascular anomalies and hard exudates in both eyes. FFA revealed the characteristic sacular aneurysms at the bifurcation of retinal arterioles in the posterior pole, together with microvascular anomalies and capillary closure peripherally.
