Description

Wide-field montage fundus photograph of the left eye showing extensive peripapillary myelinated retinal nerve fibers (dense white, striated, opaque patches with feathery margins ) radiate from the optic disc along the superior and inferior arcades and nasally, obscuring the disc margin and partially masking the overlying retinal vessels. The macula is spared. The remaining fundus is unremarkable.
