- Description
- Fundus photograph immediately after Nd:YAG laser hyaloidotomy for a dense premacular (subhyaloid) hemorrhage. The posterior hyaloid face over the hemorrhage has been punctured, and the trapped blood is now draining into the vitreous cavity. The residual boat-shaped pocket, with its sharp inferior border, outlines the original sub-hyaloid space.
