Heidelberg E. - Description
- The infrared reference image shows a round, dark, well-circumscribed lesion temporal to the macula, about 5 mm from the fovea. The B-scan through it reveals a dome-shaped elevation of the inner retina with a hyperreflective surface and dense posterior shadowing. The adjacent retina shows intraretinal cystoid spaces, hyperreflective foci consistent with hard exudates, and subretinal fluid.
