VISUCAM 524(Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Jena, Germany) - Description
- A 28 year-old patient with a history of right-eye leukocoria since the age of 15 with fibrogranulomatous lesion consistent with ocular toxocariasis. Late phase: Marked central and perilesional hyperfluorescence increased in both intensity and extent, with diffuse fluorescein accumulation within and over the lesion, consistent with late staining and active leakage from the inflammatory granuloma. Central and peripheral areas of blockage persisted, accompanied by late optic disc leakage and staining of the chorioretinal scars and lesion margins.
