VISUCAM 524(Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Jena, Germany) - Description
- A 28 year-old patient with a history of right-eye leukocoria since the age of 15 with fibrogranulomatous lesion consistent with ocular toxocariasis. Intermediate phase: There was a progressive increase in hyperfluorescence along the borders and surface of the lesion, with staining of the fibrovascular bands and tractional areas. Irregular perilesional hyperfluorescent areas became more evident, consistent with staining of inflammatory or scar tissue, while a central hypofluorescent zone persisted because of blockage. Optic disc hyperfluorescence also increased, suggesting disc staining or leakage, with possible focal vascular leakage in areas of retinal traction.
