VISUCAM 524(Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Jena, Germany) - Description
- 28 year-old patient with a history of right-eye leukocoria since the age of 15 and secondary sensory exotropia with ocular toxocariasis. The fundus photograph showed an elevated, whitish fibrogranulomatous lesion in the posterior pole, adjacent to the optic disc, associated with vitreoretinal traction bands, converging retinal folds, and marked distortion of the posterior pole architecture, with dragging of the retinal vasculature and tractional deformation of the optic disc.
