VISUCAM 524(Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Jena, Germany) - Description
- 28 year-old patient with a history of right-eye leukocoria since the age of 15 and secondary sensory exotropia with ocular toxocariasis. Color fundus montage of posterior pole of the right eye showing a large elevated whitish juxtapapillary fibrogranulomatous lesion consistent with ocular toxocariasis. The lesion is connected to the optic disc by a dense fibrovascular band and is associated with marked vitreoretinal traction, radial retinal folds, vascular displacement, and distortion of the posterior pole. Surrounding areas of chorioretinal atrophy and pigmentary change are also present, predominantly temporal to the lesion.
