- Sagittal T1-weighted magnetic resonance imaging of the brain demonstrating a large heterogeneous posterior fossa mass centered within the fourth ventricle. The lesion compresses the brainstem and obstructs cerebrospinal fluid pathways, resulting in hydrocephalus.
