- Color fundus photograph shows left yellowish-white deposits outlined area of macular elevation with central foveal pigmentary disturbance ( the fellow eye shows nearly symmetrical changes) Retinal vessels and optic disc appear relatively normal, without significant attenuation or optic pallor. No hemorrhages or exudation are seen
