- B-scan ocular ultrasound demonstrating a highly reflective choroidal lesion consistent with choroidal osteoma. The lesion shows marked posterior acoustic shadowing, a characteristic finding related to the calcified nature of the tumor. The posterior contour appears well defined, supporting the diagnosis of choroidal osteoma.
