Ultra-widefield fundus autofluorescence image demonstrating the full extent of the optic disc pit and associated optic disc pit maculopathy. The optic disc pit is seen at the temporal aspect of the optic nerve head, with corresponding peripapillary autofluorescence changes. The macular region shows subtle autofluorescence abnormalities consistent with chronic serous retinal involvement and associated maculopathy.
