- Description
- This is an anterior segment photograph of a 9 year-old female with a history of remote trauma resulting in traumatic cataract and aniridia. After cataract surgery, she developed endophthalmitis. Note the fibrin in the anterior chamber with lens capsule abscess, and vitritis.
