    Description
60 year-old female referred for benign choroidal nevus of the right eye. During exam and fundus photos, tortuous retinal veins of the left eye were observed exiting the nerve in a nasal direction, inferior vein then turning temporal. Also noted tilted disc and peripapillary crescent, indicative of Unilateral Situs Inversus. Unknown if patient is myopic. Patient is asymptomatic, will observe.
