- Description
- Slit lamp photographs of a 48-year-old man with penetration of globe with magnetic foreign body of the right eye. Patient reports hammering a nail into granite 6 months ago. Exam shows a ~2x2 mm immobile sub-conjunctival metallic-appearing FB embedded in the sclera nasally. There was no FB noted on B-scan. CT of orbits confirmed no intraocular foreign body.
