Right eye of an elderly male was treated with intravitreal Ozurdex implant for postoperative cystoid macular edema (not responding to intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide). 4 weeks post-injection the implant is found in the AC with severe corneal edema likely from mechanical trauma to the corneal endothelium.

In this image composition, two different photo planes were used, one with a normal sequence plane with focus on the retina and the other used the parameters of anterior tracking photography of the retinograph lens "A" with a compensation of 3 diopters to bring forward the focus of the image to Ozurdex stick. In order to fully visualize the medication, it is necessary to ask the patient to move his eyes up and down.

Ultra wide-field photograph of a 73-year-old female with an Ozurdex implant causing a retinal tear in the inferior retina. Prompt laser was added to prevent a retinal detachment and patient has been doing well since. Patient had no symptoms following the occurrence.

90-year-old patient with an Ozurdex implant that migrated into the AC and with the cornea decompensating. Patient recommended for urgent surgery to remove implant. Vision OD at this visit was CF @ 2ft, most recent visit vision is 20/400, PH 20/25.
