The posterior pole shows a well-demarcated parafoveal ring of retinal pigment epithelium mottling/atrophy surrounding a relatively preserved central foveal area, creating the characteristic bull’s-eye appearance. The macular changes are bilateral and symmetric, with perifoveal pigmentary alteration and outer retinal/RPE degeneration. No obvious hemorrhage, exudation, or signs of active choroidal neovascularization are observed in these images.
