A 17-year-old boy sustained blunt ocular trauma to the eye from a soccer ball, resulting in sudden-onset decreased vision and commotio retinae. The visual symptoms gradually resolved. Retinal breaks were identified and treated with laser photocoagulation. One week after the injury, the patient’s visual acuity improved to 20/20.

16-year-old female with history of nephritic syndrome and end-stage renal disease and secondary hypertension presented with severe vision loss 20/60 right eye and 20/200 left eye and was diagnosed with hypertensive retinopathy. Vision as well as fundus improved after HTN management.
