    Description
    16-year-old female with history of nephritic syndrome and end-stage renal disease and secondary hypertension presented with severe vision loss 20/60 right eye and 20/200 left eye and was diagnosed with hypertensive retinopathy. Vision as well as fundus improved after HTN management.
