arterial tree appears attenuated and the veins are not severely dilated. Possibly a case of combined arterial and venous occlusion, especially given the severely pale nerve without much edema.

- Multiple dense, dark, blotchy hemorrhages, cotton-wool spots, and pale optic disc are signs suggestive of retinal ischemia in CRVO.
