Joshua N Carlson, MD (April 4 2017)
I have a non-diabetic patient in his 80s with severe vision loss (CF) that started 25 years ago (by patient report) with a similar constellation of mild central microaneurysms, trace macular edema, and severe temporal dragging of the retinal vessels (superior and inferior arcades show dragging as well though). OCT revealed thickening and disorganization of the inner retina without any obvious ERM. Was this case managed with observation only? Any history of DMII? Would love to get your feedback on this and could send you some images.
