- Description
- 30-year-old female presented with complaint of sudden loss of vision in her left eye for 1 day. On examination RAPD was positive. Contralateral eye was normal. Associated bilateral reduces carotid pulsations and thin thready radial pulse. Patient is in breast carcinoma remission for last 8 years.
