- Description
- Radial perivascular lattice degeneration. The lesion is located at or posterior to the equator and is associated with a major vessel. As with a typical lattice there is discontinuity of the internal limiting membrane, a loss of inner retinal layers, an overlying vitreous degeneration, vitreoretinal adhesion at the margin, sclerosis of vessels, and retinal pigment epithelial hypertrophy, hyperplasia, and migration into the retina.
