    Description
    Midperipheral punched-out lesions in the presumed ocular histoplas­mosis syndrome. There is scarring in the choroid and retina, discontinuity in Bruch's membrane, and loss of the RPE. An infiltrate of lymphocytes is present in the subjacent choroid (lower middle and right).
