Please provide as much clinical information as possible. Please include any ancillary testing so that all may learn form this unusual case. This has some features of Wyburn Mason hemangioma but the appearance of sub retinal elevation in the macular, peripapillary area, and inferonasal to the nerve suggest a neoplastic process.
