- Description
- Anterior segment photograph of 82-year-old man 4 days after PPV. Even though this eye had a good gas fill, the IOL showed no sign of decentering or subluxating forward under the positive pressure of the vitreous bubble. The medium-sized (4mm) capsulorrhexis kept the lens stable and well-centered.
