Very rare image of FVP and contraction bridging the ON with sparing of the inferior macula. Is the peripheral retina absent or simply transparent due to chronic end-stage ischemia? ? Are we looking at bare RPE? Additional clinical details are requested and are critical for image submission. This should be submitted under the category of retinal vascular.
