Thanks to Dr. Suber S. Huang for your attention. There is no identified reason presented for bleeding. That is why I post the picture. No medicine used and just follow up.

Beautiful image Jung Dong Dong. Please share your work-up. Are there any indications of thrombocytopenia, blood dyscrasia, neoplasia? Herbal medicine use? Non-prescribed medicines. It is very unusual to present without ANY identified cause. Please consider adding to the history. Xie, xie, ning!
