- Description
- Left eye of a 60-year-old non-diabetic, non-hypertensive lady on aspirin with spontaneous submacular bleed. No macular abnormality was found after the hemorrhage cleared from the macula. The large hemorrhage was likely due to aspirin use. This was successfully displaced with intravitreal gas injection.
