    Description
    Left eye fundus of a 35-year-old HIV sero-positive male with visual symptoms for 3 months shows a large tubercular choroidal granuloma superior to macula. Not on ART, CD4 34, starting antitubercular drugs for pulmonary and disseminated tuberculosis.
