OPTOS - Description
- A markedly dilated and tortuous pair of retinal vessels arises from the optic disc and courses along the temporal arcades, converging on an elevated orange-red lesion in the temporal periphery. The lesion is surrounded by fibroglial tissue with preretinal traction. Lipid exudates are present in the macula and along the inferotemporal arcade. Pigmented chorioretinal scars from prior treatment are seen temporal to the macula and in the mid-periphery.
