Description: Fundus photograph of a 6 year old boy with sudden and complete loss of vision in left eye following blunt trauma. Fundus photography shows pre retinal blood surrounding the nerve suggestive of ONH avulsion. A fresh central retinal artery occlusion with stagnant blood column is also seen.
