- This FFA demonstrates a linear hyperfluorescent track in a 54-year-old male ; extending from the optic disc along the superior temporal vascular arcade toward the peripheral retina. The track is associated with focal areas of late staining/leakage and adjacent chorioretinal atrophic changes, giving the appearance of a migrating/worm-like track.
