Clarus 700 - Description
- Horizontal OCT B-scan through the optic disc showing focal thickening and hyperreflectivity of the inner retinal layers with posterior shadowing, corresponding to the area of ischemic retinal whitening seen clinically. The outer retinal layers and RPE remain relatively preserved. Appearance is consistent with acute inner retinal ischemia from cilioretinal artery occlusion.
