Heidelberg Spectralis - Description
- An 82-year-old pseudophakic woman with vitreomacular traction in the right eye demonstrated partial posterior vitreous detachment with persistent attachment of the posterior hyaloid to the optic disc. On OCT, the elevated hyaloid forms a striking crown-like configuration surrounding the optic nerve head - an “optic nerve crown.” The fellow eye had an epiretinal membrane and a history of macular hole repair.
