Ultra-widefield ICGA of the left eye of an 88 year-old woman with bilateral neovascular age-related macular degeneration demonstrates focal inferotemporal blocked cyanescence corresponding to an elevated, partially pigmented lesion initially suspected to represent an intraocular tumor. Ultrasonography showed a flat equatorial lesion measuring 0.95 mm, with medium internal reflectivity and a cystic appearance. Findings were consistent with peripheral exudative hemorrhagic chorioretinopathy (PEHCR).

An 82-year-old pseudophakic woman with vitreomacular traction in the right eye demonstrated partial posterior vitreous detachment with persistent attachment of the posterior hyaloid to the optic disc. On OCT, the elevated hyaloid forms a striking crown-like configuration surrounding the optic nerve head - an “optic nerve crown.” The fellow eye had an epiretinal membrane and a history of macular hole repair.
