- Color fundus photography demonstrates a large dome-shaped choroidal melanoma located inferonasal to the optic disc. The lesion has an irregular surface and heterogeneous pigmentation, with yellow-brown and darker areas, accompanied by mild surrounding pigment dispersion. The first image is centered on the lesion and highlights its elevated configuration and surface characteristics.
