Color fundus photography demonstrates a large dome-shaped choroidal melanoma located inferonasal to the optic disc. The lesion has an irregular surface and heterogeneous pigmentation, with yellow-brown and darker areas, accompanied by mild surrounding pigment dispersion. The second image is a wide-field montage illustrating the tumor’s extent and its anatomical relationship with the optic disc, macula, and retinal vasculature.
