- Description
- A 56 year-old patient with a history of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the right eye underwent retinal reattachment surgery, including scleral buckling, pars plana vitrectomy, endolaser photocoagulation, and partial silicone oil tamponade. During the postoperative follow-up, recurrent inferior retinal detachment associated with proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) was identified.
