    Description
Multimodal imaging of congenital combined iris, lens, and chorioretinal coloboma in a patient with best-corrected visual acuity of 20/400 in the right eye. Anterior segment photographs demonstrate iris and lens coloboma with superior lens subluxation. Color fundus imaging reveals an inferior chorioretinal coloboma sparing the macula. Macular OCT demonstrates preserved foveal anatomy, whereas OCT through the coloboma illustrates the structural transition at the colobomatous margin.
