Heidelberg - Description
- Spectral-domain OCT demonstrating pronounced retinal and choroidal folds with marked undulation of the posterior pole architecture, a characteristic finding in hypotony maculopathy. The exaggerated contour changes reflect biomechanical deformation of the ocular coats secondary to chronic low intraocular pressure.
